Your first encounter with an airless bottle.
Remove the cap, recognise the dispenser and find the gesture. A product detail that deserves a clear explanation.

Recognise the mechanism
Under the white cap is a press dispenser. The container identified by PhytoHeal uses a bag-in-airless system: an internal pouch supplies the contents and reduces in size during use. It is not a dropper, and you do not need to squeeze the rigid bottle body to dispense the product.
Prepare a simple gesture
Before starting, identify the serum and read its packaging directions. Place the bottle on a stable surface, remove the cap and locate the outlet on the side of the dispenser. The detail photographs show this part close up, helping you recognise the mechanism before buying.
The first dispense may take patience
The container manufacturer describes the possibility of a few empty presses before the initial dispense. There is no need to turn that into one fixed number for every pack. If the product does not dispense or you notice a mechanism problem, keep the bottle and its reference and ask for help instead of dismantling it by trial and error.
The pump does not decide your routine
A dispensing photograph explains the mechanism and the serum’s texture. It does not mean that one press is the correct amount for every area or person. Read the formulation’s directions for quantity, frequency and intended use. Even when two serums share a packaging family, do not assume all their directions are identical.
A detail worth understanding
Replace the cap after use and store the product according to its directions. When asking for assistance, state the serum, size and what you notice about the dispenser. A concrete description is more useful than trying to force the bottle. Our aim is for the packaging to be as understandable as the formula inside it.
