Every PhytoHeal order is handled with the same attention we give to formulating our serums and dermocosmetic treatments. Providing our customers with an impeccable and transparent service is one of our core values.

Here is everything you need to know about shipping:

Free, fast shipping

By selecting free shipping at checkout, you will receive your order in Italy in 1–2 working days, with no additional delivery charges or customs fees.

Processing times

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 12 noon on Friday will be processed the following Monday. Processing from our Italian warehouses takes 12–24 hours from the time of ordering. For the main Italian islands, delivery may take up to 3 working days.

Payment methods

To make the experience accessible to everyone, we also offer cash on delivery at no extra charge.

Packaging and safety

Every shipment uses recycled and 100% recyclable materials designed to protect your PhytoHeal products in transit. All orders are sanitised and handled with extreme attention.

If you place multiple orders a few hours apart, you may receive separate packages: a detail that allows us to ensure maximum safety and efficiency.

Delivery

Your shipping address must be complete and correct. If it is a workplace, clearly state the business and recipient's name. If the name differs from the one on the intercom, include the correct surname in the shipping details.

Each order includes one delivery attempt. If you are not present, the package will be held for 5 days. You can request a new delivery for an additional charge or collect it from the nearest depot. Reshipping due to an incomplete or incorrect address also incurs an additional charge.

Recommendation

We always recommend accepting packages subject to inspection. If they are damaged, empty or open, we can issue a refund or send a replacement only if delivery was signed for subject to inspection.

Out-of-stock products

If an ordered item is temporarily unavailable, you can choose to:

• Receive it with shipping in 10–12 working days, with advance payment.
• Replace it with another product available immediately.

Tracking and support

All PhytoHeal orders are trackable. A few hours after confirmation, you will receive a tracking code by email to follow your package.

We provide ongoing support until delivery, because luxury is in the service as well as the product.
